Bio

Michel Delsol is an award-winning Parisien photographer who now lives and works in New York City. His portraits of writers, musicians, artists, actors and film and stage directors have earned him awards from the Polaroid Corporation and the New York Art Directors' Club. David Lynch, Jonathan Demme, Jim Belushi, Carrie Fisher, Peter Stomare, Kathy Acker, The Beastie Boys and Rosie O'Donnell, amongst others, have all felt his touch. 

Michel has worked with Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, Spin, Forbes, Fortune, Newsweek and many other book publishers and music companies.

His work has been exhibited in New York City, Washington D.C., Buenos Aires, Argentina and Venice, Italy.

Michel also published a photo book for the Japanese Ad agency / Entertainment Group Hakuhodo. This was in conjunction with Korean movie star Lee Byung Hun and he is currently working on a book with the New York burlesque performer Rose Wood.
